Lesbian couples have several paths to parenthood, including intrauterine insemination (IUI) with donor sperm or using in vitro fertilization (IVF) where one partner provides the egg, and the other partner carries the pregnancy. At Southern California Fertility Center, we support lesbian couples through every step of the process, offering compassionate care and advanced reproductive technologies.
